Why can't I find claim status for Railroad Medicare beneficiaries in eServices?

To access Part B claim status and other information for Railroad Medicare beneficiaries, you must be registered for, and logged into, an eServices account for the Railroad Medicare line of business. You cannot see Part B information for Railroad Medicare patients when signed into a Palmetto GBA Jurisdiction J or M Part B Medicare account, or information for Jurisdiction J or M patients when signed into a Railroad Medicare account.
